If you are in mono mode and find that your output is muted in bypass, check the the mini switch on the PCB is set to ‘M’ for mono. Check the manual to find the location of the switch.

In ECHOVERB mode, the subtle delay/echo can become less present with increased amounts of modulation (Layer 1 MOD). Reduce the MOD amount to gain more clarity on the echo.
Also check the position of the L2 Micro Tune Delay Time knob. Try increasing for a longer Delay time.

Yes, the knob positions for the current layer are maintained / saved as you switch from one layer to the other.
LO-FI DELAY

Check you have not set the Wet/Dry toggle switch to Dry. In Dry mode the input to the delay channel is only active when SPLASH footswitch is momentarily held down.
ROUNDHOUSE

Currently the multiplier is preset depending on what the current master Speed is set to. Slower speeds will go up to x6 over about 3 seconds, faster speeds will only double over about 1-2 seconds.

Yes, our Pedals are True Bypass and incorporate a hardware based Relay switching mechanism. Should power be lost to your pedal board the Relay will default to Bypass mode and pass through the incoming audio.

The faceplates are made from Stainless Steel. Clean with a basic degreaser like soap and water. Buffing clean with a micro fiber cloth will bring back the lustre of the original finish and remove finger and dirt marks

The ‘Headliners’ knob caps are made from a flexible silicone. Simply line up the Line with the Dot on the knob, place one end under the lower ridge of the knob and pull and stretch over the entire face. Then run your finger around the lower lip to make sure it is sitting flush all the way around.

The best way is to go to the Firmware Update Page and read the Release notes for each version. The notes outline feature updates and bug fixes. If it feels like your Pedal does not have one of these features/fixes then proceed to updating the firmware if you want to.
