We hope you love your new Colortone Pedal but In case the unit is not to your satisfaction it can be returned within 14 days of receipt and the the original purchase amount will be refunded.

Refund Request

• You can request a refund by contacting me here within 14 days of the purchase receipt and receive authorisation to return the unit.

• The unit must be returned within the same 14 day timeframe using the same shipping method that the unit was originally sent in.

• Funds will be refunded once the unit has been received by Colortone.

• We refund the original price excluding the original shipping costs.

• The product must be in its original state with Packaging.
